Job Summary

EnerSys Delaware Inc. is seeking a skilled Production Operator to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating machinery, conducting quality checks, and ensuring the efficient production of our high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate machinery to assist in the production process
  • Conduct visual quality checks of all products
  • Load and unload products, mainly via a roller track
  • Undertake manual handling activities, lifting and moving plates
  • Run machines with stop/start controls
  • Adhere to all health and safety guidelines
  • Maintain good housekeeping/5S standards within the area of responsibility
Requirements
  • Previous assembly or automotive experience
  • Numerate and literate - GCSE passes in Mathematics and English Language would be desirable
  • PC literate with knowledge of Microsoft would be a benefit
