As a key member of our hotel operations, you'll be responsible for leading a talented team of housekeepers who deliver exceptional service and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, lead, train, and motivate a high-performing team of housekeepers
  • Drive cleanliness standards across the hotel, ensuring every guest room and public area meets our high standards
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of health and safety compliance
