We are looking for an experienced Nuclear Decommissioning Expert to lead the decommissioning of the JET facility and non-active systems. As a key member of our team, you will develop and implement the technical strategy for safe and efficient decommissioning activities.

Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the technical plan for conventional deplant activities
- Lead the development of new capabilities required for JET decommissioning
- Define the make/buy strategy and specifications for third-party work
- Ensure safety principles and guidance are implemented throughout the program lifecycle

Essential Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent experience in engineering or a suitable technical discipline
- Proven experience in nuclear decommissioning and radiation management
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to influence high-level stakeholders
