About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Electrical Field Service Engineer to join our team at Heels & Brogues Group Limited. As a key member of our Coffee Field Service team, you will be responsible for installing, commissioning, and setting up commercial coffee equipment, as well as performing preventative maintenance services and attending reactive breakdown and repair call outs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Install, commission, and set up commercial coffee equipment
  • Perform pre-planned preventative maintenance services
  • Attend reactive breakdown and repair call outs
  • Provide operator training on coffee equipment operation and cleaning
  • Manage and supply timely paperwork, including service reports with photos
  • Support colleagues and engage proactively with all areas of the business

  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Weekly overtime rate: £22.50 per hour after 47.5 hours
  • Weekend overtime rate: £22.50 per hour
  • Bank holiday overtime rate: £30 per hour plus an additional £50 standby
  • 40 hours standard working week plus 2.5 hours per week unpaid lunch break, plus 5 hours travelling time paid at £10 per hour
  • Non-Contributory company pension scheme (company pays 10%)
  • Death in Service: 4 times annual salary to nominated persons
