The successful candidate will report directly to the M & E Manager/ Lead Site Supervisor and be responsible for supervising and controlling all mechanical site activities efficiently, safely, and within contract time.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Site Manager in maintaining a safe working environment for all employees, supply chain partners, and visitors;
- Ensuring that all relevant health and safety documents are correctly recorded and reviewed when received and that they are up-to-date;
- Verifying that all relevant documents adequately describe the work to be carried out;
- Reviewing and commenting on Method Statements and Work Instructions as required by the Project Execution Plan;
- Supervising work to ensure it is carried out in accordance with Method Statements and Work Instructions;
- Recording progress of the works on record drawings or other suitable means when required;
- Recording all non-conformance and improvement opportunities and agreeing action with the person in charge of the works.
This role offers a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
