Role Overview

This is a lead role responsible for implementing Green Measure and Pillar II initiatives for Sony Pictures Entertainment's international TV production business and affiliates.

About the Initiatives

Green Measure aims to provide accurate, auditable, and timely ESG information for Sony's external reporting, while Pillar II is a global transformation programme spanning several years, focusing on delivering a solution that meets the OECD Globe Rules and optimizes benefits for SPE.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for International TV Productions and affiliates for Green Measure and Pillar II project teams and stakeholders.
  • Execute Green Measure and Pillar II data collection, ensuring accuracy and completeness for International TV Productions and affiliates.
  • Influence and collaborate at all levels of SPE to engage and secure the sponsorship of colleagues to operationalise Green Measure and Pillar II processes and procedures.
  • Lead sprint readouts and demonstrations to the wider project team, stakeholders, and the Finance Steering Committee.
  • Act as an escalation point for Green Measure and Pillar II, ensuring timely clarification of project requirements and remediation of issues.
  • Contribute to project meetings through attendance at daily stand-ups, sprint demonstrations, retrospectives, and other project meetings.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with experience working across a global business within a multi-cultural corporate environment, specifically in the entertainment industry and finance and accounting projects.
