Employee Relations Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to join our client's established ER team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering on various employee relations processes, including Restructures, TUPE, Redundancy, complex disciplinary and grievance processes, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver on complex disciplinary and grievance processes
  • Roll out redundancy programmes
  • Advise on settlement agreements
  • Conduct training for wider members of the ER team
  • Upskill and coach managers on ER best practice
  • Work with Employment Lawyers to deliver tailored training around employee relations into the business
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of upcoming changes to employment law
  • Collaborate with the business, acting as a true Business Partner to offer pragmatic advice and solutions to ER challenges
