KS1 Special Needs Educator

Key Responsibilities:
- To teach a class of KS1 students with special educational needs, including those with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and other learning challenges.
- To develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to meet the needs of each student.
- To collaborate with the school team, including teaching assistants, SEN support staff, and external specialists, to provide a holistic approach to learning.
- To create an inclusive classroom environment that fosters emotional and academic growth.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK (required).
- Previous experience teaching KS1 and/or SEN students is desirable but not essential.
- A competitive salary and benefits package are offered, including £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
