Protocol Education is partnering with top schools in Hertfordshire to find dynamic individuals who can support the growth of young minds.

This role involves working with children aged 4-11, providing support on a 1:1 or small group basis, and serving as a positive role model in the classroom.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing support to learners on a 1:1 or small group basis
  • Serving as a positive role model in the classroom
  • Assisting the class teacher in preparing resources and learning activities
  • Building positive relationships with staff, learners, and families
  • Working harmoniously with other team members

Requirements:

  • Genuine enthusiasm for working with children and fostering a love for learning
  • Desirable but not essential: Experience in working with children or in a childcare setting
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Confidence and motivation to guide individuals/small groups in their learning
  • An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Eligibility to work in the UK (No sponsorship provided)
