About the Role: The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking legal activities, duties, and functions in support of Directing Officers making prosecutorial decisions on serious offences in the Serious Crime Unit.

Requirements:

  • Barrister or Solicitor status entitling practice at the Bar of Northern Ireland or as a Solicitor of the Court of Judicature of Northern Ireland.
  • At least one year's post-qualification advocacy experience in criminal cases gained within the last 6 years in a Magistrates' Court environment.
