Senior Neuropsychiatrist

St Andrew's Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Consultant Psychiatrist to join our Neuropsychiatry Division in Northampton. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and forward-thinking professional to develop and strengthen their expertise in the care and rehabilitation of patients with dementia and acquired brain injury.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative team, delivering up-to-date treatments and contributing to the development of new services. The post-holder will be able to undertake non-clinical activities of interest, such as research, teaching, governance, and management, and influence the direction of services to achieve the best outcomes for patients.

The Neuropsychiatry Division offers specialist services for patients with dementia and acquired brain injury, recognized for its excellence in service delivery and innovative service developments. The care and rehabilitation offered is at the forefront of innovative service developments, focusing on clinical outcomes and using a variety of outcomes to guide strategic direction.

As a Consultant Psychiatrist in this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to deliver high-quality care and rehabilitation to patients. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of new services and initiatives, and to influence the direction of the division.
