The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in digital product management and client experience. Knowledge of Securities Services is preferred but not necessary. The successful applicant will possess intellectual curiosity, analytical and conceptual thinking skills, and a proactive approach to seeking and developing new opportunities.

As a Digital Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end product development lifecycle, including scope definition, design, development, testing, and deployment. With a strong focus on control and governance, this role requires attention to detail and a process-driven mindset. The successful applicant will be able to assess risk effectively and drive compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Additionally, they will be comfortable with performing data investigations, creating business analysis, and conducting exploratory and descriptive analysis of business datasets.

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated to be around $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. This includes a base salary, bonus, and benefits. As a Digital Product Manager at Citi, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing cross-functional teams, including technology, sales, and business stakeholders, to deliver innovative solutions that meet client needs
