About the Role

We are seeking a talented Print Designer to join our team, responsible for delivering global product direction for our print category. As a key member of our design team, you will work closely with our Design Lead, Buying, and Technical teams to ensure the successful launch of our seasonal ranges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop print products that meet the needs of our customers, aligning with our brand's style vision and customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with our Sourcing Office teams and Suppliers to maintain up-to-date knowledge of manufacturing capabilities and develop products that meet customer needs.
  • Work with our Design Lead to identify up-trending and down-trending products, categories, fabrics, and items, and develop strategies to address these trends.
  • Develop and maintain technical packs via PLM, ensuring accurate and commercial interpretations of product designs, including BOMs, design aesthetics, and fabric specifications.
  • Build effective working relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure critical dates for range line sheets and tech packs are met within the critical path.
Requirements
  • Expert-level proficiency in design-related CAD software, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and PLM.
  • Strong understanding of fabric, fit, and garment make-up to ensure product integrity.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
