We are seeking a skilled Van Driver/Warehouse Operative to join our team in Glasgow. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a vital role in collecting and delivering goods to our stores across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supply, move, and collect stock for our standard stores
  • Complete house clearances and rotate BHF stock to designated locations
  • Prepare stock for delivery and assist store teams as needed
  • Engage with customers and deliver exceptional service
  • Unload and load the vehicle
  • Ensure stock collection guidelines are followed
  • Ensure the vehicle remains roadworthy and report any defects or issues in a timely manner
  • Follow all H&S and safeguarding procedures
  • Work with colleagues throughout the business
  • Assist with the movement of stock into and around warehouses

Requirements:

  • Experience in a customer-facing role and carrying out deliveries/collections
  • Ability to work well under pressure and on your own initiative in a dynamic environment
  • Valid UK/EU/EEA driving license for at least 2 years with no more than 6 penalty points
  • Local road knowledge
