You'll work closely with our operations team to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver accurate and timely data analysis to support business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather information and provide updates.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to implement changes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the development of data-driven strategies to drive business growth.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a data analyst in a similar industry.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualisation tools.

Benefits

The salary for this role is £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including a pension scheme, life assurance, and paid holiday time.
