Job Summary

We're looking for qualified motor vehicle technicians to work in our workshop, performing vehicle health checks, recording time spent on jobs, and ensuring quality and first-time fixes. You'll also supervise and assist in the training of apprentice technicians and achieve targets to qualify for a bonus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform vehicle health checks and video reports to advise customers on vehicle condition and recommended repairs.
  • Follow workshop procedures using the Company dealer management system (DMS) to record time spent on jobs and work carried out.
  • Ensure quality and a first-time fix.
  • Supervise and assist in the training of apprentice technicians.
  • Achieve targets to qualify for a bonus.
  • Develop skills through regular training necessary to maintain brand knowledge.
  • Work alone or in cooperation with other team members to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Be computer literate and follow processes in accordance with the Company DMS.
  • Have a full Irish/EU driving licence.
