We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our team at GCB Recruitment. As a Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a property portfolio in the Bracknell area, providing outstanding customer service and support to colleagues within the property management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a property portfolio, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services to tenants and landlords.
  • Proactively handle situations that arise with tenants and landlords, maintaining strong relationships and resolving issues promptly.
  • Stay up-to-date with legislation and compliance, ensuring all aspects of property management are handled in accordance with regulations.
  • Complete administrative tasks to a high standard, including liaising with third-party suppliers and ensuring all landlord utility and council tax bills are addressed appropriately.
  • Organize inspections, property viewings, inspections, check-ins, and check-outs, ensuring seamless property management.
Requirements
  • 2 years experience as a Property Manager, with a strong understanding of property management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Full clean driving licence and own car for work, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • ARLA Qualified (or equivalent), with a strong understanding of property management legislation and compliance.
What We Offer
  • Up to £35,000 basic salary, with opportunities for OTE.

Working Hours

As a Senior Property Manager, you will be required to work full time, including 5 Saturdays spaced out over the year.
