Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Automated Testing Specialist to join our team at Bionical Solutions, a company dedicated to developing software solutions that improve healthcare outcomes. As a key member of our cross-functional product development team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evolving automated testing frameworks to support continuous integration and delivery. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and insights teams to understand requirements and integrate automated testing into the development process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable and efficient automation frameworks using programming languages such as .Net or JavaScript.
  • Create, execute, and maintain comprehensive automated test cases to ensure appropriate coverage of functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Lead the testing of software applications for client projects, executing tests, recording test results, and logging defects for new developments, changes, and bug fixes.
  • Work with your team to implement a robust test automation strategy that aligns with the overall quality assurance goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and integrate automated testing into the development process.
  • Identify, document, and track defects, working with the development team to ensure timely resolution.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Computer Science or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in testing web applications.
  • Experience in both structured manual testing and test automation.
  • Experience using programming languages such as .Net or JavaScript.
  • Experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, NUnit, MSTest, or similar.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
