We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Assistant to join our team in Nottingham, NG5.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about guiding young minds and fostering a stimulating learning environment for children aged 0-5 years.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Enriching Activities: Engage children in activities that promote their physical, emotional, and cognitive development, ensuring they reach their full potential.
  2. Nurturing Environment: Create a secure and supportive atmosphere conducive to learning and exploration, prioritizing the well-being of each child.
  3. Curriculum Implementation: Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver age-appropriate educational activities, aligning with early childhood education best practices.
  4. Relationship Building: Build positive relationships with children, parents, and caregivers, fostering trust and cooperation through open communication and mutual respect.
  5. Progress Monitoring: Assess and monitor children's development, providing constructive feedback and support to parents as necessary.

Requirements:
