Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Service Desk Professional to join our team in Dartford. This is a full-time position, and the successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support to our customers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as experience working in a Technical Service Desk ITIL environment.

The salary for this position is approximately £35,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or remote desktop sessions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Document all incidents and service requests in our ITSM system.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure effective issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a Technical Service Desk ITIL environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft applications such as Office365 and Teams.
  • A broad understanding of IT services and systems.
