We are seeking a skilled Heavy Plant Fitter to join our team at The Recruitment Co. as a key member of our operations team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Repair and service of mobile cranes to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Conduct thorough fault finding and problem solving to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Provide breakdown assistance to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
  • Work on and off company premises, utilizing a clean driving license to transport equipment as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in heavy plant maintenance and repair.
  • Strong technical knowledge of mobile cranes and related equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
