Bar Supervisor Role


We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Bar Supervisor at The Wharf. The successful candidate will have a natural ability to look after people and make them happy, with a passion for food and drink.


The ideal candidate will have previous experience in hospitality, preferably at team leader level, although it is not essential. The role involves looking after our customers and ensuring they have a great experience.


As a Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for running busy shifts calmly and ensuring that our customers receive excellent service. You will also be responsible for looking after our team members and helping them to develop their skills.
