About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced driver to join our team as a 7.5 Tonne Collections and Delivery Driver. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for collecting and delivering parcels to our customers across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and deliver parcels to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Load and unload parcels from vehicles, using a Sack Barrow/Hand Truck as needed
  • Assist with depot operations, including loading and unloading parcels
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Valid C1 licence, DQC and CPC accreditation
  • 12 months experience in a similar role
  • Ability to lift, load and carry
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
