Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Reward Equity Senior Manager to join our team at JAM Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of experienced reward equity professionals and advising business leaders on reward equity/bonus policy development and implementation, process design, and payroll compliance, particularly for internationally mobile individuals.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of experienced professionals in developing and implementing reward equity/bonus policies.
  • Advise business leaders on policy development, process design, and payroll compliance.
  • Develop and implement global tax compliance strategies and solutions for employer reporting and withholding on incentive compensation.
  • Consult on cross-border equity and cash income tax and social security calculation compliance.
  • Prepare global payroll reports to ensure clients meet their reporting and withholding obligations.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in reward equity management.
  • Strong understanding of global tax laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
