Senior Manager of Incentive Plans

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of experienced professionals in developing and implementing reward equity/bonus policies.
- Advise business leaders on policy development, process design, and payroll compliance.
- Develop and implement global tax compliance strategies and solutions for employer reporting and withholding on incentive compensation.
- Consult on cross-border equity and cash income tax and social security calculation compliance.
- Prepare global payroll reports to ensure clients meet their reporting and withholding obligations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in reward equity management.
- Strong understanding of global tax laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
