Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Project Specialist to join our engineering team at HWI. As a Project Specialist, you will be responsible for providing project services to our diverse clients across various sectors in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop refractory designs based on project requirements.
  2. Collaborate with installation teams to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance.
  3. Oversee the installation of refractory linings in furnaces, kilns, and other units.
  4. Monitor refractory performance and recommend repairs or replacements.
  5. Conduct inspections and quality control checks.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in materials science, ceramics, or engineering field.
  2. Strong understanding of refractory properties, thermal conductivity, and chemical resistance.
  3. Ability to stay updated on industry advancements and best practices.

We pride ourselves on a strong customer support and reactive service. As a Project Specialist, you will be part of our engineering EMEA team and will work both in offices and on-site. Protective gear, such as safety glasses and heat-resistant clothing, is essential. Travel to industrial sites is required.
