Private Equity CFO Search Specialist

FIFTEEN WEST seeks an accomplished Senior Delivery Consultant to spearhead retained CFO and finance leadership searches across its Private Equity portfolio.
About the OpportunityThis is an exciting opportunity for a high-performing search consultant with deep expertise in C-suite finance roles and a passion for working with top-tier Private Equity clients. You will play a pivotal role in delivering high-impact mandates while enjoying autonomy in your approach, contributing to FIFTEEN WEST's growth and reputation.
Key Responsibilities- Search Execution: Oversee all stages of retained CFO and Finance Leadership searches, from initial brief and document creation to candidate qualification and shortlisting.
- Client and Candidate Management: Foster strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring seamless communication throughout the search process.
- Candidate Evaluation: Conduct in-depth assessments of potential CFO candidates, focusing on skills and leadership qualities critical for success in PE-backed environments.
- Portfolio Impact: Support top PE funds in achieving financial leadership goals, adding value to portfolios by identifying and placing transformative CFO talent.
- Retained Executive Search Experience: Proven experience executing retained search mandates within finance, with a track record of success in C-suite or finance leadership roles.
- Private Equity Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Private Equity sector and its unique challenges and opportunities within PE-backed CFO roles.
- Communication and Relationship Management Skills: Ability to manage stakeholder expectations, provide insights, and handle client interactions with professionalism and expertise.
- Drive and Autonomy: Ability to work independently and thrive in an autonomous environment, contributing to the team's success and the firm's mission.
