Job Overview: We are seeking a Construction and Engineering Support Professional to join our dynamic team at BJF GROUP LIMITED. As a key member of our M&E division, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of a wide range of construction and engineering projects across the UK.

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Description:
  * Provide technical support to the M&E division, including plumbing and pipework installation, testing, and commissioning, as well as managing site materials and preparing bill of materials.
  * Collaborate with clients, sub-contractors, and other trades to ensure effective project delivery, adhering to H&S and Environmental standards and policies.
  * Conduct site safety audits and tool box talks, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees and sub-contractors, and maintaining accurate records of inspections and actions taken.
  * Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring satisfaction with project outcomes.
  * Contribute to estimating teams, assisting with the preparation of sale estimates and responding to call outs as dictated by customers and project management teams.

Requirements:
  1. 3-5 years of experience in domestic, commercial, or industrial plumbing and pipework fitting and heating engineering.
  2. NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing & Pipework, G3 Unvented Competent Person Certificate, WRAS - Water Industry Approved Plumbers' Scheme (WIAPS), and CSCS Card Holder qualifications.
  3. Full UK driving license and ability to travel to various locations as required.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical documents and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  5. Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  6. Experience working with construction software, including project management tools and estimating packages.
