About the Role

Bilfinger UK is a leading engineering and maintenance provider, supporting customers across various industries, including chemical and petrochemical, nuclear, oil and gas, pharmaceuticals and biopharma, power and energy, utilities, renewables, and food and beverage.

Main Responsibilities

• Deliver onsite HSE training and development programs to ensure a high level of awareness and understanding among on-site personnel and management.

• Develop and implement HSE initiatives to enhance the company's safety culture and reduce risks.

• Provide guidance and support on HSE matters to on-site personnel and management, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

• Ensure all HSE-related concerns are reported and actively followed up with operational management on site.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential hazards and risks.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Proven experience in auditing, inspection, and incident management.

• Strong knowledge of HSE legislation, CDM regulations, and management system standards.

• Experience in the industrial services sector and petrochemical industry.

• Ability to develop and implement improvement plans to enhance HSE performance.

• Relevant qualifications, such as NVQ 5, NEBOSH Diploma, or equivalent.
