Corporate Tax Manager

Pro-Tax is seeking a skilled tax professional to join our team as a Corporate Tax Manager. As a key member of our tax team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our corporate tax compliance and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the preparation and review of corporate tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all tax laws and regulations.
  • Conduct tax research and analysis to identify opportunities for tax savings and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to develop and implement tax planning initiatives that align with business objectives.
  • Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations to assess potential impact on the company and recommend proactive strategies.
  • Provide guidance and support to finance and accounting teams on tax-related matters, including transfer pricing, credits, and incentives.
