Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Actuarial Risk Analyst to join our three-person Actuarial Risk Team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for delivering capital model risk management and monitoring/reporting of risk metrics. Your tasks will include preparing risk reports for major model developments or re-parameterisations, performing deep-dives of actuarial and other models across the business, and updating and improving dashboards covering all areas of the business.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in a non-life actuarial function either in-house or consultancy, excellent written communication/report-writing skills, demonstrable progress with an Actuarial qualification, and good planning and organisational skills. You will also be expected to build relationships within the business, achieve positive feedback from stakeholders, and contribute to quarterly risk metrics presentations for reporting to Risk Committees and Boards.

Responsibilities
- Prepare risk reports for each major model development or re-parameterisation
- Perform deep-dives of actuarial and other models across the business
- Update and improve dashboards covering all areas of the business
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders to gain deeper insights into risk metrics and their outlook for insightful risk commentary
- Prepare or oversee preparation of quarterly risk metrics presentation for reporting to Risk Committees and Boards
- Contribute to annual review of risk metrics ensuring their continued relevance and develop new metrics and their risk appetites as required
- Contribute to annual ORSAs for our 4 entities from a quantitative risk perspective
- Maintain the business risk profile inputs that feature in ORSA and their trends quarterly
- Perform annual stress test and scenario analysis exercise by liaising with stakeholders across the firm
- Report back the results to business, report into ORSAs and utilise the outputs to validate capital model outputs and refine as necessary

Requirements
- At least 2 years' experience in a non-life actuarial function either in-house or consultancy
- Excellent written communication/report-writing skills
- Demonstrable progress with an Actuarial qualification
- Good planning and organisational skills
- High attention to detail with reporting and MI deliverables
- Ability to build relationships within the business
- Positive feedback from stakeholders
