About the Role

Workman LLP is seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily processing of supplier invoices, ensuring timely payment and maintaining close professional relationships with suppliers and colleagues.

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational, prioritisation and communication skills, as well as a high level of attention to detail. They will also be able to work closely with the accounts payable team and property management teams to provide a best-in-class service to clients.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing and managing supplier invoices
  • Updating control spreadsheets and managing central email inboxes
  • Loading invoices to the client's approval system and processing supplier refunds
  • Managing CIS deductions and payments, as well as proforma invoice payments
  • Liaising with asset managers regarding invoice approval and queries
  • Supplier and client query resolution, and banking duties including BACS/CHAPS transfers

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of £21,000-£26,000, as well as a range of benefits including hybrid working, study support, and a discretionary annual bonus.
