Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Panel Wirer to join our team in Totton, Southampton. As a key member of our workshop team, you will be responsible for assembling and wiring control panels in our state-of-the-art facility.

As a Panel Wireman, you will work closely with our engineering team to assemble and wire control panels according to customer specifications. You will also be responsible for training on working from schematic/engineering drawings and providing high-quality products to our customers.

This role involves tapping, drilling, and wiring work, and all training will be provided. If you have a passion for electronics and are looking for a challenging role that offers opportunities for growth and development, we would love to hear from you.

Microtech Global Ltd is a privately owned, self-financed British company that designs and produces computer-based systems tailored to individual customer requirements. We offer customised solutions and special products for the Electricity Supply Industry, including hardware, software, and panel building using our comprehensive range of Metering Data Collection Equipment.

About the Role
We are offering a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. The role is permanent, and you will be based in our state-of-the-art facility in Totton, Southampton. Full training will be provided, and you will work as part of a close-knit team to deliver high-quality products to our customers.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills and be able to work well under pressure. You will also need to have basic knowledge of electrical systems and be able to work accurately and efficiently.
