We are seeking a skilled Merchandiser to join our Merchandising department at Peacocks. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering a commercially focused range, driving profit, and enhancing the Peacocks brand position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and plan a commercially focused range alongside the Buyer, driving profit and enhancing the Peacocks brand position.
  • Continually exceed and anticipate customer expectations by using effective commercial and planning skills.
  • Build effective working relationships across the business and develop team members to reach their maximum potential.
  • Plan and organize departmental sales, stock, intake plans, profit, and markdown to monitor and measure performance.
  • Ensure space and option plans deliver the departmental strategy, taking into account timings, stock builds, and store layout.
Requirements
  • At least 4+ years of experience in a similar Head Office environment and a proven track record in a merchandising role.
  • Advanced Excel user.
