Aztec is seeking a highly skilled Business Process Architect - Risk Management to join our team. In this role, you will lead business process management across our group and support transformation, with a strong focus on risk management.

Job Summary:
  • Lead business process management across the group to support transformation.
  • Deploy the process management strategy, standards, governance, and collaborate with process owners.
  • Enhance client satisfaction, improve efficiency, and reduce risk.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain the framework for a group process architecture.
  • Lead the discovery, modelling, analysis, and measurement of business processes.
  • Partner with process subject matter experts to create a catalogue of customer journeys.
  • Act as the liaison between process owners, business teams, and supporting functions.
  • Deploy process mapping methodology, standards, and training.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on process modelling and perform QA.
  • Own the business process management tool and ensure it is effectively utilised.
  • Generate management reports to communicate progress and inform the business.
  • Identify process optimisation opportunities aligned to strategic and transformation goals.
Requirements:
  • Minimum five years' experience leading business process management within Financial Services.
  • Experience of enabling business transformation through enterprise process management.
  • Extensive experience of business process modelling with a recognised qualification.
  • The ability to conceptualise and design high-level models to build the process architecture.
  • Experience in controlling and managing risk via process management.
  • Strong business partnering and senior stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Comfortable operating across multiple jurisdictions with different regulatory requirements.

We offer a competitive salary of £90,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
