We are looking for an experienced Early Years Professional to join our team at Shooting Stars Nurseries in Kings Norton, Birmingham. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a salary of £50 per hour.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a minimum Level 3 recognized childcare qualification and at least 2 years of experience working in a children's day nursery. As a Senior Nursery Nurse, you will lead the team and ensure high-quality care is delivered to our young learners.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with children with Special Educational Needs and contribute to the development of leadership skills through training and coaching.

  • Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of EYFS guidelines and Ofsted regulations.
  • Experience of working with children with Special Educational Needs.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
