Key Responsibilities:- Represent the brand at all times and maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Drive and inspire your team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Manage the performance of all sales assistants and provide coaching and development opportunities.
- Make commercial decisions that benefit the store and drive retail sales and performance.
- Be commercially aware and able to understand business performance and react to areas that are underperforming.
