Resort Director

Camp Beaumont is a leading provider of summer and school holiday camps in London and the Home Counties. We are seeking an experienced Resort Director to join our management team.

The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for a multi-activity day camp for 3-14 year olds during summer and school holiday weekdays. You will be the person that everyone at camp looks to for motivation, support and direction, therefore you must show knowledge and experience working within a childcare setting and managing small teams.

We offer a competitive rate of pay, with salaries ranging from £15,300 to £19,000 per annum, depending on qualifications, size of camp and experience. The hourly rate includes holiday pay.

As a Resort Director, you will lead and deliver a variety of engaging sports and craft activities, ensuring a fun and safe environment for all our young camp members. You will also work closely with the Area Manager and other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the camp.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the legal right to live and work in the UK, undergo an enhanced DBS disclosure and provide two professional references.
