Pharmacist Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Pharmacist Manager to lead our team and drive excellence in patient care at our pharmacy in Brotton, North Yorkshire.

This community pharmacy is easily accessible from Guisborough and Saltburn-by-the-Sea, and is located on a high street. Our pharmacy is committed to providing a wide range of services, including:

  • NMS and blood pressure monitoring
  • Flu and COVID-19 vaccines

Our pharmacy operates from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, and 9am to 12:30pm on Saturdays. As a member of our dynamic team, you will be supported by an Area Operations Manager and a Regional Operations Manager, with regular structured pharmacy visits.

We have invested in new technologies, including a new PMR system and centralised dispensing, to enable you to focus on providing quality care and services to our patients and customers.

We are committed to the mental health and wellbeing of all Well employees, and have provided our field managers with Mental Health Awareness training.

As a Pharmacist Manager, you will be responsible for leading your team to deliver exceptional community pharmacy services. You will be expected to have an MPharm degree or equivalent in the UK, and management experience is required for this opportunity.
