The Role:

As a Client Handler at PIB Group, you will be responsible for providing professional advice and service to clients across the UK, ensuring their needs are met and delivering profitable business for the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Determine appropriate solutions and strategies to meet client needs and deliver profitable business.
  • Provide quality service to clients, covering all aspects of their insurance arrangements.
  • Review and action policy and client information to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Build effective relationships with clients, prospects, associates, insurers, and external specialists to maximise business opportunities.
  • Proactively work with colleagues to identify and maximise opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 GCSEs, including English and Maths.
  • Previous experience in an Account Handling role (Insurance).
  • Client service and administrative experience, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team and excellent communication skills.
