Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Water Treatment Specialist or Wastewater Asset Health Manager to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our water treatment and wastewater management systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain water treatment plants and wastewater management systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve system reliability, reduce energy consumption, and minimize environmental impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational issues, and develop solutions to enhance system performance.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance activities to prevent equipment failure and minimize downtime.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in water treatment operations, wastewater management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
