This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Executive Chef, working within our award-winning brand, Caterplus. We pride ourselves on crafting superb environments for the over 55 community.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced chef who can lead our kitchen team in delivering exceptional food quality and service. As an Executive Chef, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Ensure that all food prepared meets the highest standards of quality and presentation.
• Lead and motivate the kitchen team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Develop and implement new menus and recipes, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

• A passion for food and cooking.
• Previous experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in the care sector.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Able to work well under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.

• A competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
