Key Responsibilities

  • Provide video conferencing support and manage Service Now ticket queues
  • Coordinate and escalate IT tool issues with partner support
  • Log and report top 10 issues, working alongside field engineers to understand and escalate issues
  • Oversee and update assigned support service requests, including audio/video support for meeting rooms and network/Wi-Fi support for end users
  • Setup desktop computers and peripherals, test network connections, and install and test desktop software applications and internet browsers
  • Train end users on computer hardware and software usage
  • Develop and manage professional working relationships with contractor personnel, co-workers, and clients
  • Adhere to corporate policies and extend computer support for systems software and hardware

Requirements

  • Experience troubleshooting Windows 10 operating systems
  • Knowledge in installing and configuring Starlink satellite network devices
  • Experience in configuring iPhone/iPad and creating/deleting IDs for Joiner/Leaver/Mover on Azure portal
  • Knowledge in new Microsoft Team creation in Teams admin portal and L1 support of Application & SharePoint
  • Effective communication, multitasking, and time management skills, as well as customer service experience
  • Proven ability to work independently on multiple tasks, with a commitment to problem-solving and root cause analysis
  • Understanding of virtualization and Intune administration, as well as knowledge on supporting conference room devices and managing cloud printing
