We are seeking an exceptional MFL teacher to join our school community in the Littlehampton area for the summer term. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of inspiring students to develop their language skills and a passion for promoting cultural understanding.

MFL Teacher Vacancy - Summer Term

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with colleagues to develop engaging MFL lessons and promote language skills among students. You will also contribute to the school community by participating in department meetings and working groups.

Responsibilities:
  • Curriculum Development:
    • Contribute to the development of the MFL curriculum to ensure it meets the needs of diverse learners.
  • Student Assessment and Progress:
    • Evaluate student progress against departmental and National Curriculum requirements.
    • Set challenging targets for students to achieve.
  • Professional Development and Collaboration:
    • Prioritise ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve student outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a relevant teaching certificate.
  • Have a strong background in the relevant foreign language(s).
  • Possess excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for language teaching.

The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
