Business Process Improvement Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Business Process Improvement & Governance Lead to drive efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness within our finance operations at Arrow McLaren IndyCar. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of how business process and financial processes combine and produce materially important information for the business to operate from.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Financial Business Process Improvement & Governance Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving improvement initiatives across various financial processes, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing optimized solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Mapping and Optimization: Conduct in-depth assessments of existing financial processes, identifying inefficiencies, and opportunities to optimize data flows and information insights.
- Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze data to identify root causes of inefficiencies, estimate the potential impact of improvements, and enhance the speed and accuracy of information provided to the business.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor performance through KPIs and forward-looking insights, reported to key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree: In Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven Experience: In financial process improvement, business analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong Understanding: Of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency: In financial software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Excel, data visualization tools).

Salary Range
The estimated salary range for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
