Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Design Engineer to lead by example and offer support on ongoing and new projects, ensuring KPIs and deadlines are met. The successful candidate will have a passion for the motor industry, proven experience in design and development, and a degree-qualified engineering-related subject (MEng or BEng). The role involves delivering high-quality designs, adhering to allocated time frames, costing, quality, and specifications. A negotiable salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus benefits, is on offer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • High delivery of the Design & Development of a variation of components on clients' motorbikes.
  • Ensuring that delivery of components adheres to allocated time frames, costing, quality, and specifications.
  • Picking up technically demanding work.
  • Focusing on intricate detail and delivery.
  • Communicating and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Contributing to the creation and maintenance of detailed project plans to ensure both current and future deliverables are met.
