Care Assistant Opportunity

We're seeking a highly motivated and caring Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Ardenlea Court Care Home in Solihull. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference to people's lives and work in a dynamic and supportive environment.

About the Role

">

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 33-44 hours per week. The shift pattern will include 8am-8pm and 8pm-8am shifts, with flexibility to work between Monday-Sunday, including alternate weekends.

Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Provide daily living assistance to residents, including personal care, bathing, and dressing">
  • Support with clinical duties, including observing, issuing medication, reviewing care plans, and accurate record keeping">
  • Manage a team of Care Assistants, ensuring they are trained and supported to deliver high-quality care">
  • Build relationships with residents, their families, and external teams such as GPs and District Nurses">
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain and improve your skills and knowledge">
  • Contribute to the overall success of the care home by participating in quality improvement initiatives and suggesting ideas for improvement">
