Hotel Regional Sales Manager

Our client, a leading Lifestyle Hotel Group, is seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to join their team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to maximize hotel sales by developing effective programs that utilize the M&E areas and accommodation facilities.

About the Role

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Manage relationships with agencies and partners to increase sales
  • Train and develop the site sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Attend exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to promote the brand
  • Report directly to the General Manager and Directors

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry and a drive for sales
  • Ability to make effective commercial decisions
  • Cluster hotel experience is essential
  • Lifestyle hotel background is beneficial
  • A dynamic, proactive, and motivated individual with strong communication and administrative skills
