About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced District Leader to join our team at eXPD8. As a District Leader, you will be responsible for supervising and training a team of merchandisers to ensure they deliver excellent service to our clients and meet agreed measures and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train merchandisers to ensure they are delivering high-quality service to clients
- Coordinate the merchandising schedule for merchandisers in your area
- Coach and train merchandisers on merchandising principles and processes
- Act as a compliance champion, ensuring adherence to merchandising standards and guidelines
- Arrange and organize products on shelves and displays to maximize visibility and appeal
- Set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers
- Build and maintain good working relationships with in-store colleagues and client account teams
Requirements:
- Experience in retail merchandising, retail, and/or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to travel across the defined area and work flexible hours
