Job Title: Meeting and Events Coordinator

Join Sodexo Group, a leading provider of services that improve the Quality of Life, as a Meeting and Events Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of events and meetings at our High Wycombe location.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure the safety and compliance of customers, team members, and assets during events and meetings.
  • Event Planning: Work with the team to plan and coordinate activities and events on site, including site inductions and meeting room checks.
  • Client and Team Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and the service delivery team for all technical requests related to events and meetings.
  • Communication: Provide excellent communication and customer service skills to meet and greet building users and visitors in a welcoming manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage emails and phone calls, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
