Room Leader Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Room Leader to join our team at Little Bears Nursery. As a key member of our childcare team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of your room, ensuring a safe, secure, and nurturing environment for children to develop and learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of your room, including staff supervision and child care.
• Develop and implement engaging activities to promote children's development and learning.
• Collaborate with the nursery team to ensure high-quality care and education.
• Communicate effectively with parents and carers to keep them informed of their child's progress.
• Assist with the preparation of the nursery for Ofsted inspections and implement recommendations.
